I enjoy ministering to this great congregation. During my years of pastoring I have always found it a thrill to be part of a community of believers. Marilyn and I chose GRACE as our church "home" when we first moved to Winnipeg in 2001. At the time I was serving as District Superintendent for the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. In 2007, when I retired from that position, GRACE kindly offered me this "part-time" position. I love it!

Lately I've been enjoying "God Wants To Hear You Sing!" by Ruthie Jacobsen and Rodney Griffin. Rodney writes most of the songs sung by Greater Vision, the best southern gospel group on the road! This book is filled with stories of people who found God's strength to see them through life's pains. Sure, I read other heavier theological books, but occasionally I turn to this one, read another chapter, another story of God's grace at work. It's a great source of encouragement. God can give us a reason to sing in our darkest hours!

What are some of the things you love in life?
Family and friends: I love my wife, Marilyn, and our children, especially our five grandchildren! My hobbies include electronics and computer technology. My first computer, 25 years ago, was a CPM, 64 bit machine, before MSDOS (and then Windows) was available for home computers.

What are some of the things you could do without in life?
Bills, sickness, and false doctrines.

What do you want to be remembered for?
Loving, faithful husband and dedicated disciple of Jesus Christ.

I trust you are enjoying the music!

It's from a CD entitled
"Instrumental Sounds of Comfort"
that was produced by
